The broadcasting of adverts

The adverts are broadcast during their validity period.( a year renewable).and cannot be modified by the advertiser.

Semettreauvert reserves the right to determine :

- the layout of the information in the advert.
- the selection of published information
- the order in which the adverts are broadcast
- the content of the site semettreauvert.
- the adverts and links in the site
- and in general the conditions of the broadcasting of adverts.

Semettreauvert reserves the right to modify the adverts broadcasting conditions without prior notice.

The prices

The prices are displayed on the list of our different offers and could be modified without notice.

No refunds will be given.

The advertisers :

The advertiser certifies that he is the owner of authors` right on the pictures supplied and confirms the truthfulness of the information.

Since there will not be any control over these personal pages, Semettreauvert will not be held responsible for their content.

The internauts

The internauts have access to the adverts broadcast by the advertisers.
They have to make their own investigation into the authenticity of any information supplied.if, after a stay in one of the rentals, a holidaymaker finds out there is a lack of information or that the rental has nothing to do with reality , he can contact semettreuvert at :contact@semettreauvert.com .no legal action will be taken.
